What is a Carolina Honda Priority Service customer?

A Priority Service Customer is the customer that becomes our top Priority when they purchase the 3 year, worry free maintenance program on their new or used unit. It guarantees same day service and pays for all services for the next 3 years. At Carolina Honda we guarantee you will never loose the use of your unit.

How many CHPS Customers are there?

As of Dec.31st, 2006 there were over 1000 satisfied PRIORITY SERVICE CUSTOMERS. Many are now renewing their contracts for a second term.

What is the cost?

The cost will vary, depending on the model and number of CC's of the engine. As a rule, you can save approximately 40% in maintenance cost over the next three years. This program can be financed with the purchase of your unit.

What is the coverage area?

All regular services are to be done at Carolina Honda, but emergency service is available thru a toll free, 24 hour number, anywhere in the United States.

Is The Program Transferable?

If you sell your unit, the coverage can be transferred to the new owner. This will add additional value to your unit.

How Do I Become A CHPS Customer?

The best and easiest way is at the time of purchase. However, you can, at any time bring your unit in and after an inspection, you'll be on your way to becoming a Carolina Honda Priority Service Customer.
